SVE Seeks Treasurer

SVE are currently seeking a new Treasurer with basic accounting skills and an understanding of finance practice relevant in voluntary organisations, to support our work. An understanding of online accounting software would be helpful – but training can be given.

Minimum commitment would be about 1 hour per week, and includes attending quarterly trustee meetings which are currently held online via Microsoft Teams. The work will include:

  • Oversight of accounts and financial risk management

  • Supporting the CEO and other SVE colleagues in preparation of programme and organisational budgets as needed.

  • Financial Reporting to our AGM annually
