Job Role: Business Engagement Administrator

Location: Stirling

Hours: 25-35 per week

Contract: 6 months

We are the leading business membership organisation in Forth Valley and part of the worldwide long-established Chamber of Commerce brand. We have over 220 members who between them employ thousands of people across Falkirk, Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire. We work hard to help provide members with the business connections and opportunities they need to flourish. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our small but very talented Chamber team based at the Innovation Park in Stirling.

Main Duties:

  • Assist in the updating and maintenance of our member data using Rubi (CRM System)

  • Help to plan and schedule events (virtual at the moment)

  • Help to maintain and regularly update the event listings on various platforms (websites, online calendars, Eventbrite, Teams and Zoom)

  • Support the monitoring and evaluation of our marketing activity, using Google Analytics and other insight tools

  • Support photography and videography for online content

  • Provide admin support to the International Trade Mission Team

  • Administrative or other business support to assist with the efficient running of the Chamber as and when required.

Essential criteria:

There are no set requirements for this role, however English and Maths at National 4/5 would be desirable. We are more interested in finding someone who has the right attitude towards working and learning within the company and most importantly is a team player.


As part of our commitment to the Kickstart Scheme the successful candidate will be part of a specially created ‘Kickstart Mentoring & Training Programme’ during your six-month work placement. The programme (Building Trust and Positive Behaviours) will take place over a period of six months where 12 x 1:1 mentoring sessions, plus a selection of group training which will be offered.


National Minimum Wage hourly rates apply:

  • Under 18 - £4.62

  • 18 to 20 - £6.56

  • 21 to 22 - £8.36

  • 23 and over - £8.91
