Lunch & Learn – Why Should I Read Your Email?

May 23 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Writing emails that people want to read and reply to

Do your emails get the attention they deserve? Do people even read them? Why don’t people respond to IMPORTANT emails no matter how hard you experiment with the subject and content?

Email is the most common form of communication in the workplace. In fact, research shows that the average person sends and receives 125 emails every day! Emailing might feel like an easy thing to do, but we all spend unbelievably more time every day on dealing with them than we even realize. Is this all wasted?

In this Lunch & Learn you will learn how to write an email that will get you the replies that you are looking for. By blending powerful strategies from Behavioural science such as framing with provocative research from Neuroscience, you will get equipped with practical and proactive tools to help you improve your e-mail writing.

The format of learning is an inspiring workshop incorporating state-of-the-art techniques that will enable learning through discussion, real examples and a practical exercise.
