Harsh self criticism can have detrimental consequences to our health, productivity and level of happiness. In relation to how we work, a loud inner critic can cause us to feel demotivated, anxious, confused and stressed, and also make us more risk averse.
What we need is to develop an inner ally, a stable force within us to support, encourage and motivate us, which will positively impact on our wellbeing and in turn the wellbeing of our business.
This workshop will give you an insight into how you can better relate to yourself enabling you to make changes which will benefit you, those around you and the way you work.
